Aubelló Selecció 2020
My wife was buying the last things for dinner so I asked her to pick up a wine to accompany it. She knew we had liked wines from the Montsant region before, so this was her choice, the Aubelló Selecció 2020.
There isn’t that much information available on the winery, except that the main grape for this wine is Garnatxa, with the addition of small amounts of Carinyena and Cabernet Sauvignon.

My notes:
Nice deep flavours, there is sweetness from cherry, strawberry and also a touch of raspberry. Further some plum, cassis, hazulnut, toasted almond and black pepper.
Nice Montsant for a fair price.
