La Cour du Couvent Plan de Dieu 2021

La Cour du Couvent Plan de Dieu 2021

Time to get to France again for a Southern Rhône blend. This Côtes du Rhône Villages ‘Plan de Dieu’ is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvédre. The typical blend from this region. Unfortunately there isn’t much information to find about this wine from La Cour du Couvent except that it’s part of the Terranea group.

My notes:

Usually I really enjoy the GSM blends from the Rhône regions and this is no exception. There is plum, blueberry, leather and some chocolate. Further there some cherry and raspberry, pepper and a touch of prune. Enjoyable blend!
