My notes:

A fresh sparkling wine with the signature style of the region. There notes of honey, butter and some almond. Citrus fruits add to the acidity, with touches of grapefruit and lemon. Some apple, brioche and sourdough notes are also apparent.

This sparkling wines keeps on developing, and that mixed in with a lovely freshness. If you’re looking for a great wine to end 2025, take a look if you can pick up a bottle.

It’s not cheap, but surely a great experience!
