Terra Linda Syrah 2018
This is not a wine that I bought myself, it came from my neighbour. He texted me the other day: “I have a beautiful one this time, you have to taste this one.” The next day he brought me a bottle of Terra Linda Syrah 2018. So I had to taste this one. The proverb sounds “a good neighbour is worth more than a distant friend.” And that is also right this time.
Terra Linda means freely translated beautiful ground. The grapes from the Terra Linda Syrah come from 35-year-old vines that are on an altitude for about 800 meters. The grapes are picked full of ripe.

My Notes:
So it was time to taste the wine from the neighbour and indeed he didn’t lie a word about this wine.
After letting the wine breathe for about 45 minutes, it was time to pour the glass and there showed up a nice medium purple colour. A nice aroma came from the glass with oaky notes. On the palate notes of vanilla, clove, cinnamon, black fruit and cherry. If you get to buy this wine, you’ll get a beautiful wine for its price of around 8 euro on Vivino.
